**Amendment 02 - The purpose of issuing Amendment 01 is to include attachment 5-7 to the Request forQuotation (RFQ) on solicitation FA460824QC099 and provide the government’s answers to thequestions submitted in accordance with (IAW) the timeline identified in the SAM.gov posting. **Amendment 01 - The purpose of issuing Amendment 01 is to extend the Request for Quotation (RFQ) on solicitation FA460824QC099 from 26 July 2024 to 31 July 2024, update the Salient Characteristics, and provide the government’s answers to the questions submitted in accordance with (IAW) the timeline identified in the SAM.gov posting.

All other terms and conditions remain the same. Combined Synopsis - Solicitation for Commercial Items (IAW FAR 12.603) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with (IAW) the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

This Request for Quotation (RFQ), solicitation number FA460824QC099, is IAW FAR Parts 12 and 13 and is IAW provisions and clauses in Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2024-05, e?ective as of 22 May 2024. This is a total set aside for small business and the associated North American Industry Classi?cation (NAICS) number is 332439. The small business size standard is 600 employees.

NOTICE TO OFFERORS

“Funds are not presently available for this effort. The Government’s obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made.

Description/Purpose: This RFQ is for the purchase and installation of eighty-eight (88) Brand Name or Equal Spacesaver Mobile Universal Weapons Racks on behalf of the 2d Security Forces Squadron (2 SFS) located on Barksdale AFB, Louisiana. The Contractor shall provide all management, tools, equipment, parts, and labor necessary to complete the installation in accordance with Attachment 2 - Statement of Work (SOW).

CLIN 0001 – Mobile Universal Weapon Racks in accordance with (IAW) Attachment 3 – Salient Characteristics CLIN 0002 – Installation in accordance with (IAW) Attachment 2 – Statement of Work (SOW) Site Visit A site visit will be held on Barksdale AFB for the 2d Security Forces Squadron (1200 Range Road, Armory, Barksdale AFB, LA 71110) on Thursday July 18, 2024, at 08:00 AM Central Daylight Time (CDT).

O?erors attending the site visit will be directed and escorted upon arrival to starting location or visitor control center. Once all attendees have arrived, the group will be escorted into the building. Site visit attendance is recommended; however, it is not mandatory. Please RSVP for this site visit no later than (NLT) 2:00 PM CDT on July 17, 2024. RSVP emails should include company name, the name of the individual(s) attending, company phone number, phone number of the individual(s) attending the site visit and if the attendee(s) will need to be sponsored on to Barksdale AFB. On the day of the site visit, o?erors who do not have base access will need their Driver’s License, vehicle registration, and insurance to obtain access to Barksdale AFB.

These individuals may use one of the two entry control points listed below to obtain a visitor’s pass: Contractors driving a noncommercial vehicle will meet at the West Shreveport Gate Visitor Center, located at Wilbur Wright Dr, Barksdale AFB 71110, NLT 8:00 AM CDT on July 18, 2024. Contractors driving a marked commercial vehicle will meet at the Industrial East Gate, located at 300 Miller Rd, Bossier City, LA 71112, NLT 8:00 AM CDT on July 18, 2024. Please identify whether noncommercial or marked commercial vehicle will be utilized when responding to RSVP.

Any visitor attending the site visit must not have any outstanding warrants or had been previously barred from Barksdale AFB, LA 71110. Due Date and Time: RSVP for Site Visit NLT 2:00 PM CDT on Wednesday, July 17, 2024. Site Visit at 08:00 AM CDT on Thursday, July 18, 2024. Questions must be submitted via email no later than (NLT) 8:00 AM Central Daylight Time (CDT), Monday, 22 July 2024. Answers to questions submitted IAW specified due date will be provided on or around Wednesday, 24 July 2024. Quotes are requested by 1:00 PM CDT, Wednesday, 31 July 2024.
