Combined Synopsis - Solicitation for Commercial Items (IAW FAR 12.603) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with (IAW) the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

This Request for Quotation (RFQ), solicitation number FA460824QC083, is IAW FAR Parts 12 and 13 and is IAW provisions and clauses in Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2024-05, effective as of 22 May 2024. This is a total set aside for small business and the associated North American Industry Classification (NAICS) number is 333923. The small business size standard is 1,250 employees.

Funds are presently available for this effort. The government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date for receipt of quotes. In the event the government cancels this solicitation, the government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.

Description/Purpose: This RFQ is for the acquisition of a 4 Ton R&M Electric Hoist for the Bomber Hydraulic section of the 2d Maintenance Squadron located on Barksdale AFB, LA. CLIN 0001 – 4 Ton R&M Hoist CLIN 0002 – Installation of Hoist CLIN 0003 – Load Test Scope of Work: Vendor shall disconnect and haul away old hoist. Vendor shall install the new hoist in accordance with the owner/operator’s manual. Vendor shall ensure function checks are completed and equipment is operational. Vendor shall complete an initial required load test.

Due Date and Time: Questions must be submitted via email no later than (NLT) 1:30 PM Central Daylight Time (CDT), Monday, 01 July 2024. Answers to questions submitted IAW specified due date will be provided on or around Wednesday, 03 July 2024. Quotes are requested by 1:30 PM CDT, Tuesday, 09 July 2024.
