Combined Synopsis - Solicitation for Commercial Items (IAW FAR 12.603) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with (IAW) the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

This Request for Quotation (RFQ), solicitation number FA460824QC022 is IAW FAR Parts 12 and 13 and is IAW provisions and clauses in Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) (FAC) 2024-05, effective as of 22 May 2024. This is a total set aside for small business and the associated North American Industry Classification (NAICS) number is 327390. The small business size standard is 500 employees.

Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date for receipt of quotes. In the event the government cancels this solicitation, the government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.

Due Date and Time: Site Visit will be held at Barksdale AFB on Central Daylight Time (CDT), Thursday, 22 August 2024 AT 10:00 AM.

Questions must be submitted via email no later than (NLT) 1:30 PM Central Daylight Time (CDT), Monday, 26 August 2024. Answers to questions submitted IAW specified due date will be provided on or around Thursday, 29 August 2024. Quotes are requested by 1:30 PM CDT, Thursday, 05 September 2024.
