SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS: Note that this is NOT a request for quotes or proposals; the 55th Contracting Squadron, Offutt Air Force Base, NE, is seeking information for market research purposes only for the following items listed below:

The government intends to award a contract to Carahsoft Technology Corporation for the requirement of VMWare Cloud Foundations, as required on DOW ESI https://www.esi.mil/. This sources sought is being posted in support of an "Other than full and open competition" justification in accordance with FAR 6.103-1.

If offerors have an alternative source that can meet the same capabilities as VMWare Cloud Foundation, Product ID VCF-CLD-FND, and the product is able to communicate appropriately with other products on this software, please submit a capabilities statement with technical data supporting the alternative offering to jake.freligh@us.af.mil and jacob.davis.56@us.af.mil prior to 30 March 2026 at 11 AM CDT. The NAICS for this product will be 541519 and PSC DA01.
