David Clark Headsets

This is a sole-source commodities contract to provide 100 David Clark Dichotic Headsets (Model # P/N 40941G-01) to the 55th Operational Group. The headsets shall include the following components: an ENC Headset, Battery Control Modules, a Coil Cord Assy with a U-174/U Plug, a Coil Cord Assy with a U-77/U Plug, and a Headset Carrying Case, with no assembly charges. Based on market research, David Clark Company, Incorporated, is the only vendor of these headsets to the military.

The 55th Contracting Squadron (55 CONS) intends to award this contract through an Oral Solicitation using Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR Part 12. All responsible sources may submit quotes for this solicitation by email to the Contracting Office no later than 1500 CST on 19 March 2026.
