Radio and RoIP Package

Amendment 0001: The purpose of this amendment is to add specifications confirming the brand name L3 Harris PRC 167 will be the base configuration. This verbage will be added below in the description as well in an updated SoN.

Amendment 0002: The purpose of this amendment is to add a question due date and time into the 52.212-2 as well as in the description of the SAM.gov post.

Amendment 0003: The purpose of this amendment is to attach the Questions and Answers doccument in the "Attachments/Links" section, any questions we recieved have been answered in this doccument. Offutt AFB has a requirment for a Radio and RoIP Package. Submit signed and dated offers to the Contracting Office specified above, at or before 08 Sep, 2026, 1100 There are Brand name justifications for portions of this requirement.

1. Motorola WAVE Tactical is required to meet the needs of the government.

2. L3 Harris PRC167 (Base Model) is required to meet the needs of the government. (Please see the attached Brand Name Justificaiton and Approval). All other elements described in the statement of need are allowed to be of "or equal" specificaiton. Please see the attached Statement of Need for further information on this requirment. Offererer Questions Due Date Please submit questions to the contracting offfice by Tuesday, September 1st 2026, 11:00 AM CDT. Answers to the qestions wil be posted shortly after.
