Offutt AFB Field House Interior Cleaning

The Department of the Air Force, 55th Contracting Squadron (55 CONS), is soliciting for offers to perform interior cleaning services for the Fieldhouse Gym (Bldg 321) at Offutt AFB, NE. This includes cleaning of the walls, rafters, screens, chain link fencing and riser roofs in the Offutt AFB Field House at Offutt AFB, NE. The contractor will perform all work in accordance with the attached draft Statement of Work (SOW), all applicable laws, regulations, Headquarters Air Force standards, instructions, and commercial practices.

Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.

SITE VISIT: A site visit is currently scheduled for 8 September 2026 at 10:00 AM CDT at the Offutt Fieldhouse (308 Looking Glass Ave, Offutt AFB, NE 68113. Attendance is not mandatory in order to submit an offer. Contractors shall submit the following information for all attendees no later than 1 September 2026, 1:00 PM CDT to be added to the Offutt AFB Entry Authorization List (EAL):

• Legal Name (Last, First, MI)
• Sex (Male or Female)
• Date of Birth (YYYYMMDD)
• Driver’s License#/State, FNV Passport#, or Immigration ID#
• Citezenship (Country)

Interested attendees that fail to submit EAL information by the requested deadline will require an escort onto the installation. This site visit will be held at no cost to the Government.

QUESTIONS: Questions are due to the contracting activity no later than 10 September 2026 at 11:00 AM CDT. All questions submitted prior to this date/time will be sent to the requiring activity for answers. Questions submitted after the deadline are not guaranteed to receive answers.

OFFER DUE DATE: Submission of quotes and pertinent ocumentation (IAW 52.212-1) are due to the contracting activity no later than 15 September 2026 at 11:00 AM CDT. Please utilize the Notice ID (FA460026Q0111) in the subject line to ensure that it is received by the contracting activity. Offerors are responsible for requesting receipt of their offers.
