Amendment 00001 - The purpose of this amendment is to incorporate SCA Wage Determination Rev 30, published on 27 August 2026. Note Attachment 1 - Performance Work Statement contains CUI. Offerors must submit Cage code and UEI to the listed points of contact in order to request access to the attachment. Offerors will be checked on SPRS to verify NIST assessment in the past 3 years.

The 55th Contracting Squadron requires services for essential Local Telecommunication Services (LTS), Long Distance Telecommunication (LDTS), International Telecommunication Services (ITS), and features supporting Offutt AFB, NE. The LTS will support installation 24 hours a day/seven days a week/365 days a year (24/7/365). Questions are due to the Contracting Office no later than 12 August 2026 at 11:00 AM CDT.
