Non-resettable Flow Meter

Overview A non-resettable flow meter for propane fuel shall be installed on the fuel supply lines for Unit 3-8. The flow meters shall be calibrated according to manufacturer specifications or at least once per calendar year.

Scope of work a. Work shall include the installation of the flow meter on the distribution line from the propane tank to the fire department aircraft training tower. b. All electrical hookups that are required for a fully functioning flow meter. c. Contractor shall provide all available tools, materials, equipment, permits, and necessary, but unlisted items to perform the installation of the flow meter. See Statement of Need for full scope of work.

Site Visit A site visit will be conducted on 1 April 2026 at 9:00 AM at Offutt AFB, Nebraska. The site visit will take place at the Fire Department Training Grounds at Offutt AFB, Nebraska. Site visit attendees who do not have base access will need to fill out the attachment "1-55 SFS Form 31-Base Entry Authorization List - 8 Jan 2026" for all personnel who will be attending the site visit and return this form to the Contracting Office no later than 30 March 2026 at 11:00 AM to ensure access to base.

Anyone who already has base access does not need to submit this form prior to the site visit. Questions Questions for solicitation are due on or before Friday, 3 April 2026 at 11:00 AM CST. Answers to questions will be provided by Monday, 6 April 2026 at 11:00 AM CST. Quote Submissions Quotes are due no later than Thursday, 9 April 2026 at 11:00 AM CST.
