Double wall Storage Tankers

AMENDMENT 00002: Quote Due date extended to September 26th 2025 11:00 AM AMENDMENT 00001: Attached "Questions and Answers Tanks v1" and an Amended Combo Document and extended Quote Due date to September 25th 2025 at 11:00am CST 55th CES is acquiring Two (2) Double Wall Horizontal Storage Tanks with a minimum capacity of 18,000 gallons each, along with a Transfer System. Delivery and installation at Offutt Air Force Base (AFB) are required.

Capacity: Minimum 18,000 gallons each.

Tank Orientation: Horizontal.

Construction: Double Wall.

Exterior Tank: ¼” Carbon Steel Interior Tank: ¼” Stainless Steel Interstitial Space: Coated with corrosion protection Exterior Coating: Corrosion protective paint.

Sight Gauges: Two 3” External Fluid Level sight gauges.

Warranty: Minimum 1 year.

Additional Equipment: Gasoline Transfer Pump, 3” Plumbing Kit for Transfer System, Manway access for tank inspection.

Mobility: Tandem Axle, Fifth-Wheel plate attachment. The container's storage and plumbing system shall not contain any galvanized, zinc, or brass components All necessary equipment to make this a finished usable working potassium acetate storage tanker with secondary confinement Please see desired specifications in Statement of Work attachment.

The designated NAICS Code is 332420 - Storage Tanks Answers to questions have been provided in the attachment "Questions and Answers Tanks V1" Quotes are due not later than 11:00AM CST on 25 September 2025. Offer acceptance period must be valid through 30 September 2025. Quotes and pass requests will be submitted by email to ethan.taylor.22@us.af.mil and joshua.connelly.1@us.af.mil. Offerors are responsible for verifying receipt of their quotes to this officer before offer due date and time.
