BPA for Water Remediation Services -- Offutt AFB

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation inviting vendors to participate in a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for Water Remediation Services at Offutt AFB. This solicitation is for 100% Small Business Set-Aside under NAICS Code 562910. All prospective offerors must be registered in the system for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov. Lack of SAM registration will make an offeror ineligible for award.

DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT This requirement is for the water remediation services across multiple buildings for the 55th Civil Engineering Squadron on Offutt AFB. The contractor shall provide water extraction, remediation, and removal services IAW the attached Statement of Work document. APPLICABLE LABOR LAWS This solicitation is subject to the Service Contract Labor Standadrds FAR 52.222-41.

SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS Offerors shall be required to return the attached solicitation, signed, and filled in appropriately, along with any additional information required to be submitted by Addendum to FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors and any additional fill-in provisions. QUESTIONS DUE DATE AND TIME All questions concerning this solicitation shall be sent in writing by Thursday, 21 November 2024 by 11:00 AM CST. Answers to all questions will be posted on sam.gov as soon as readily available.
