Pallet Rack Delivery and Installation

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with (IAW) the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in the notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation: quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being issued IAW FAR Parts 12 and 13 as a Request for Quote (RFQ).

The RFQ number FA460024Q0131 shall be used to reference any written quote provided under this RFQ. This solicitation is 100% set-aside to small businesses under NAICS Code 337215. The offeror must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov. Lack of SAM registration will render the offeror ineligible for award. DESCRIPTION OF REQUIRMENT This requirement is for the delivery of ninety-six (96) pallet racks with accessories to the 55th Logistics Readiness Squadron on Offutt Air Force Base.

Per the Statement of Work, the contractor shall deliver ninety-six (96) pallet racks with accessories and install all equipment. APPLICABLE LABOR LAWS This solicitation is not subject to the Service Contract Labor Standards FAR 52.222-41.

SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS Offeror is required to return the attached solicitation, signed, and filled in appropriately, along with any additional information required to be submitted by FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors, and FAR 52.212-2 Evaluation— Commercial Items Addendums and any additional fill-in provisions. 1. Add the requirement for spacers in Section 2.3 of the Statement of Work.

3. Create CLIN 0003 - Delivery of 108 Pallet Rack Spacers.

4. Extend the quotation deadline 24 hours, from 25 Sep 2024 at 11:00 AM CDT to 26 Sep 2024 at 11:00 AM CDT.

5. Upload the Questions and Answers document.

6. All other terms and conditions remain the same. Amendment date 23 Sep 2024 Amendment 0001 – All previous amendments are bundled into this amendment. The purpose of this amendment is to:

1. Remove Section 2.4 from the Statement of Work (SOW) 2. Add revised SOW to Section J. ‘List of Attachments’ 3. Remove CLIN 0005 ‘Pallet Rack Side and Back Enclosures delivery IAW SOW 2.4, 2.4.1, & 2.4.2. 4. Change CLIN 0006 ‘Pallet Rack and associated equipment installation IAW SOW 3.’ To CLIN 0005 ‘Pallet Rack and associated equipment installation IAW SOW 3.’ 5.
