Unfired Pressure Vessel (UPV) Inspections

This requirement is for the inspection of Unfired Pressure Vessels (UPV) for the 55 Civil Engineering Squadron on Offutt AFB. The contractor shall provide inspection services & parts replacement IAW the attached Performance Work Statement document. This project scope shall consist of all work required to successfully conduct Unfired Pressure Vessel (UPV) Inspections per AFMAN 32-1068 and NBIC requirements on select tanks and other pressure vessels at Offutt facilities.

This solicitation is for 100% Small Business Set-Aside under NAICS Code 238220 and 236220. A site visit will be made available to the public upon request. If requesting a site visit, please e-mail your request to SSgt Patrick Pinault at patrick.pinault@us.af.mil. All questions concerning this solicitation shall be sent by 15 April 2024 by 11:00AM CST. A question and answer will be available by 17 April 2023 at 11:00 AM CST. Offers due by 22 April 2024 at 11:00 AM CST.

AMENDMENT 0001

The purpose of this amendment is to incorporate a site visit for Thursday, 4 April 2024 at 1:00 PM CST. Contractors requiring a base pass shall submit an NCIC Screening and Pass Request NLT 2 April 2024 at 1:00 PM CST. Initial meeting location will be at Bldg 518. "Site Visit MFR" and "NCIC Screening and Pass Request" attachments added. Amendment date 29 March 2024.
