This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with Revolutionary Far Overhaul (RFO) Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a firm-fixed price (FFP) request for quotation (RFQ) for giant voice system parts as follows:

15 ea. SD400 Whelen speaker drivers, 3 ea. WPS series battery chargers, and 5 ea. amplifiers for Whelen WPS series. See attached brand name determination. All quoted items must be new. Refurbished or rebuilt items will not be accepted. This acquisition is 100% set aside for Small Business Concerns. The North American Industry Size Classification System (NAICS) code associated with this requirement is 334290, Other Communications Equipment Manufacturing.

The Small Business Size Standard associated with this NAICS is 800 employees. Pricing must be submitted using the attached Quote Sheet. All shipping costs must be included in the price. Shipping must be F.O.B. Destination. Items are to be shipped to 870 Bomber Blvd, Minot AFB, ND 58705. Quotes are due no later than 12:00 p.m. CDT on August 19, 2026.
