Troubleshoot Frequency Converter

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products prepared in accordance with Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) Subpart 12.2. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This acquisition is 100% set aside for Small Business Concerns. The North American Industry Size Classification System (NAICS) code associated with this requirement is 811210, Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance.

The Small Business Size Standard associated with this NAICS is $34,000,000 annually. Minot AFB is seeking a contractor to provide all management, tools, specialized equipment, supplies, technical data, and labor necessary to troubleshoot and inspect a Piller Power Systems Solid State APOJET AJS static frequency converter, serial # 9506019540, in accordance with the attached Statement of Work. The resultant contract will be Firm-Fixed Price (FFP).

Offerors must include labor, transportation, materials, and any other related costs in the total price. Offers for performing the work directly or subcontracting with another vendor or the manufacturer are acceptable. The manufacturer’s contact information is provided below.
