MINOT AFB CPK-5 TWO STAGE FIRE PUMP

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number FA452826QPKB2 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) for a Waterous CPK-5 Two-Stage Fire Pump to replace CPK-5 serial number 156883 for an OshKosh fire truck.

This is a brand name requirement due to the CPK-5 being explicitly designed and integrated into the ultra-high-pressure configuration of the Oshkosh P-19 aircraft rescue and firefighting platform. This acquisition is set aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference.

The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov. (i) Line Items: CPK-5 Two-Stage Fire Pump, 1 ea, in accordance with the specifications in Attachment 1. (ii) Requested equipment is to be delivered F.O.B.

Destination to the 5th Logistics Readiness Squadron, 309 Summit Drive, Minot AFB, ND 58705. Delivery is requested as soon as possible but no later than 30 September 2026. (iii) See Attachment 2 for applicable provisions and clauses. (iv) Quotes are due no later than 2:00 p.m. CDT on June 10, 20206.
