5 CONS Desk Refresh - Minot AFB, ND

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products prepared in accordance with Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) Subpart 12.2. procedures. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. 

This acquisition is 100% set aside for Small Business Conerns. The North American Industry Size Classification System (NAICS) code assoicated with this requirement is 337214 - Office Furniture (except Wood) Manufacturing. The Small Business Size Standard associated with this NAICS is 1,100 employees. 

The 5th Contracting Squadron, Minot Air Force Base, North Dakota has a requirement for an office desk refresh project. The scope of the refresh includes ergonomic height-adjustable workstations, an executive desk suite, mobile storage pedestals, and optional support tables. The requirement includes full-service delivery, assembly, placement, debris removal, and off-base disposal of debris. This requirement does not include the removal of the existing furniture. The attached Statement of Work (SOW) contains detailed specifications and project requirements. 

Brand Name or Equal: This is a Brand Name or Equal Requirement based on Global Furniture Group product lines (e.g., Zira, Philadelphia, Foli, and Princeton), which establish the baseline standard for quality, function, and aesthetic. Quoted "or equal" items must meet or exceed the minimum essential physical characteristics detailed in the attached SOW.

UNICOR Inclusion: In accordance with Under Secretary of Defense (A&S) policy (USA000184-25_DPCAP), Federal Prison Industries, Inc. (UNICOR) is included in this competitive solicitation. 

Product Literature & Submission Requirements: To allow the Government to visually evaluate aesthetics, dimensions, and finishes prior to award, all quotations must include standard manufacturer product cut sheets and clear color photographs or catalog illustrations for each proposed item, including color/finish swatches. Quoters should submit their pricing following a similar breakout as reflected in the Contract Line Item Number (CLIN) breakout on the Solicitation SF18 document.  Quotes must include the following information: Company Name, CAGE/UEI, Point of Contact, Email, Discount Terms, and Estimated Delivery Time. 

The Government intends to make an award to the responsible Quoter whose quote represents the best value to the Government. Best value will be determined by considering price, past performance, quality of proposed products, and conformance of the quote to the Request for Quote (RFQ) and attachments.
