Office Furniture

This is a Request for Quote (RFQ) for replacement of office furniture for the 5th Force Support Squadron at Minot AFB, North Dakota. Work will include removal and disposal of the existing furniture and delivery, assembly, and installation of the new furniture. All work is to be performed in accordance with the attached Statement of Work. A site visit will be held on Monday, 12 August 2024, at 10:00 a.m. CDT.

All requests for base access to attend the site visit must be sent to nitra.latta.2@us.af.mil AND sherra.miller@us.af.mil. Requests must include full name and represented company. All personnel requesting access to Minot AFB must possess a valid state or government picture ID card. Individuals presenting ID cards from a state that is non-compliant with the REAL ID Act will require additional documentation to gain unescorted base access.

Additional documentation includes a valid U.S. or foreign government issued passport, an employment authorization document that contains a photograph, or ID cards issued by federal, state, or local government agencies that include a photo and biographic information. Participants for the site visit will meet at the Pride building, 475 Summit Drive, Minot AFB, North Dakota. Questions must be submitted to the POCs listed above no later than 2:00 p.m. CDT on 15 August 2024. NOTICE TO OFFERORS: Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government’s obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made.

No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer. The Government reserves the right to award all, some, or none of this requirement.

INSTRUCTIONS TO OFFERORS: All price quotations must be submitted on Attachment 4 - Quote Sheet (Amended) and must be filled in entirely. All technical submissions must be submitted on a separate document. Clause 52.225-1, Buy American-Supplies, is included in this solicitation. If offering a product that is not a domestic end item, please complete the Buy American Certificate included in 52.212-3 on page 19 of Attachment 5 – Provisions and Clauses.

This requirement is considered to be commercially available off-the-shelf (COTS), so the two-part test does not apply (see FAR 25.001(c)(1)). Reasonableness of cost for non-domestic end items will be determined in accordance with DFARS 225.106(b). Attachment 1 - Statement of Work Amended 2 has been uploaded to address questions and answers. Atachment 6 - Building 758 Layout has also been added.
