AMENDMENT 0004 - NO NEW INFORMATION Specially addressing Conduit and Workstations clarifications The following paragraphs from the original solicitation have not been changed. They are republished in this amendment for clarity and convenience, with clarifications provided alongside the original text. The following clarification is provided regarding Section 2.1.5 of the SOW:
THIS IS NOT NEW INFORMATION 2.1.5 Remote Monitoring: The system shall provide remote monitoring capabilities, enabling the viewing of live and recorded video feeds from two (2) workstations located within Building 794. Each workstation must support dual monitors with a minimum resolution of 1920x1080 per monitor. For the purposes of this SOW, remote monitoring is defined as access from within Building 794 only (e.g., back office). Remote access from external locations to Building 794 is explicitly excluded.
CLARIFICATION: While the equipment specification sheet does not detail workstation hardware, the SOW clearly specifies the requirement for two (2) monitoring workstations as outlined above. Offerors shall propose their recommended solution for workstation implementation, which may include but is not limited to desktop computers, server configurations, or other appropriate hardware solutions that meet the dual-monitor requirements specified.
Installation Requirement Clarification Conduit installation is required throughout the system installation to ensure professional cable management, system protection, and clean aesthetic lines, particularly in exposed areas. The method and type of conduit shall be appropriate for the installation environment and in accordance with applicable codes.
Instructions to Offerors Reminder Offerors are reminded that proposals will be evaluated in accordance with Section M.2 Evaluation Factors as originally stated in the solicitation. Technical solutions should address all requirements outlined in both the SOW and this amendment. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
Amendment 0003 - SOW v2 18 July 2025, clarification Para 1.3. No conduit is currently on location housing existing equipment. The contractor must provide all conduit required for installation.

Offorers are instructed to include in the submission a copy of Bldg. 794 floor plan with markings identifying where they plan to install the Aviglion Equipment.
End Amendment 0001 Scope of Work: This requirement seeks a comprehensive Avigilon Video Surveillance System for the CTK warehouse located at building 794 at Dover AFB. The system prioritizing security and asset monitoring. The contractor will procure, install, and maintain an Avigilon Video Surveillance System that meets or exceeds defined performance standards, including complete coverage, high-resolution imaging, and adequate storage capacity, with all maintenance/repairs under warranty for the base year and four (4) option periods. On going maintenance and training are also required to ensure effective system operation. Please see attached Brand Name Justification for more details.
