Amendment 1 (11 April 2024): The 436 Contracting Squadron is conducting this solicitation to identify small business contractors who possess the capability to provide services as specified below:

Description of Service: The contractor shall provide all management, tools, materials, equipment, labor, and all other services necessary to repair six (6) roofs as identified in this Statement of Work.

STARTING LOCATION: Building 266 (Dover Air Force Base Exchange) In order to attend the site visit, attendees shall provide their name and company to the POC’s listed below no later than 3:00PM EDT on 17 April 2024: Interested contractors without base access will meet at the commercial gate off exit 91, 30 minutes prior to the start of the site visit. Driver’s license and proof of insurance is required.

Questions & Answers: Questions must be submitted to the Contracting Office by 30 April 2024 no later than 12:00 PM EDT. The government may not accommodate any questions after this date and time.

Proposals: Contractors are encouraged to offer their most advantageous/best proposal. The contractor shall submit their proposal by 14 May 2024, no later than 12:00 PM EDT to the contracting office by e-mail to all the Government points of contact listed below in order to be considered. Proposals must be valid for 30 calendar days.
