Presolicitation for Electrical Systems-Inspections, Testing, Construction, Maintenance and Repairs

The impending solicitation will be for a new Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Electrical Services Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), Multiple Award Construction Contract for the inspection, testing, construction, maintenance, repair, demolition, and replacement of electrical systems at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst. The requirement includes but not limited to the following:

underground primary medium voltage electrical power distribution systems including pad mounted switchgear, pad mounted transformers and coordinated power system protection, utility electric service connection to facilities, interior electrical power distribution system in facilities, interior lighting systems in facilities, exterior lighting systems, fire alarm systems in facilities, voice and data cabling in facilities and lighting protection system in facilities.
