The purpose of this amendment is to address questions that were not properly addressed during the questions and answers period. As such, the solicitation due date is being extended. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items/services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation notice.

Request for Quotation (RFQ) Solicitation# FA446026Q0011 This acquisition is 100% set-aside for Total Small Business North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS): 722310 Size standard: $47.0 Million Subject project call for the contractor shall provide all qualified personnel, transportation, tools, equipment, materials and services required to perform Food Services for ROCKI 26-03 at Gulfport CRTC, MS in accordance with all Federal and State of Mississippi law, DOD and Air Force manuals, instructions or regulations to include those referenced in the PWS.

The contractor shall accomplish all services below to meet the requirements of PWS and best commercial practices for Food Services. Work shall comply with all Federal, State and local regulations, codes and permits for utility systems Attachment 3, the Performance Work Statement (PWS), dated 7 April 26. The period of performance is tentatively 10 May 2026 to 18 May 2026. Purpose of Amendment: Attach Questions and Answers along with the Government provided Menu for the 10 May – 13 May 2026 period.
