Amendment 3- The purpose of this Amendment is to:

1. Change the Site Visit that was Scheduled for 6 November 2024 beginning at 10:00 AM CST from Mandatory to Not Mandatory.

2. Change Offers Due on 25 November 2024 at 8:00 A.M. CST to Offers Due on 26 November 2024 at 8:00 A.M CST. Please see attachment "Combo Solicitation - FA446025Q0002 Amendment 3" Amendment 2- The purpose of this amendment is to post Q&A's. Please see attachment "LMR Services Questions and Answers" Amendment 1- The purpose of this Amendment is to update LMR Parts List.

Please see attachment " Amendment 1- Blank Parts Listing LMR" This combined synopsis and solicitation is for Maintenance and Servicing of Land Mobile Radio (LMR) System and Related Equipment at Little Rock Airforce Base. Please review the Solicitation, Performance Work Statement, and Blank Parts List thoroughly to submit a responsive quotation. For offerors' convenience, the Addendum to FAR clause 52.212-1 is restated below.

FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors--Commercial Products and Commercial Services INSTRUCTIONS TO OFFERORS In order to be determined responsive, All quotes must be COMPLETED on the Solicitation , responding directly to the requirements of this solicitation and sent to the identified POC's email. A complete quote consists of the following:

a) Complete the unit price and extended price (under "Pricing Schedule") b) Fill in required provisions and clauses. FAR 52.204-24 must be completed. If the annual certification has been completed in the System for Award Management (SAM), FAR 52.212-3 does not need to be completed. c) All vendors must have an active registration in SAM at time of quote submission. 2. A responsive quote will include the following documents and information:

a) Detailed breakdown of proposed price. Price information shall be submitted on the SF1449 solicitation document for CLINS 0001 - 5006, to include all options. Offerors shall ensure a total overall contract value, to include the final six-month extension of services CLINS 5001 - 5006, is included in Block 26 of the first page of the SF1449.

b) Past Performance: Documentation must include a brief description of the services performed, the period of performance dates, at least one point of contact and their direct contact information from the beneficiary of the services, and contract number specifying if the contract was made with the Government.

c) A fully accurate and complete copy of the attached excel spreadsheet attached named " Blank Parts Listing LMR " 3. Please fill out Attachment 1 "Blank Parts Listing LMR" for each individual part, for each service year. This will be evaluated for balanced pricing, and to validate future contract invoices. This list must include the exact price and labor cost for each listed part. Please use the tabs at the bottom to account for price increases and decreases after each service year. *NTE means Not to Exceed.

Only quotations that are responsive to the requirements of the solicitation will be evaluated. A site visit will be held on 6 November 2024 beginning at 10:00 AM CST at the Little Rock AFB Front Gate Visitor’s Center. Attendance is mandatory. Please, RSVP to Saraetta Alexander by 4 November 2024 at 9:00 AM CST. Any questions must be submitted by 8 November 2024 at 9:00 AM CST to saraetta.alexander@us.af.mil. Alternate POC is Contracting Officer, Camille Drackette, camille.drackette@us.af.mil. Waiting to submit a quotation until the day the combined synopsis and solicitation closes is strongly advised against to avoid preventable errors.
