Horizontal Aluminum Can Baler

Little Rock Air Force Base seeks to purchase a horizontal aluminum can baler that is commercially available off-the-shelf for their base recycling operations. The baler must be of the brand name 'Tire Service International TC-710' or have equivalent specifications as outlined in the attached 'Technical Specifications MFR' document to meet the required needs. Additionally, accessories the following accessories have been identified as necessary to this requirement: a slide rail for bale discharge, drip pan for baler, hopper top for baler intake. The following specifications have been identified as necessary for the design and manufacture of the baler:

Bale Size: The baler must be capable of producing bales approximately 20" x 20" x 36" and between 60 and 250 pounds in weight.

Cylinder Size: The cylinder size of the baler must be no less than 5".

Baler Dimensions: The overall dimensions of the baler must be approximately 8'-9" in length, 3'-9" in width, and 3'-6" in height.

Baler Weight: The weight of the baler should be approximately 2,100 lbs. 1.5.

Warranty: The baler must come with a 1-Year warranty.

1.6 Power Unit: The power unit for the baler must be a 1-Phase 220V / 10HP.
