Intent to Sole Source - Red Ribbon Week Paraphernalia

The 19th Contracting Squadron, Little Rock AFB, Arkansas intends to award a sole source purchase order to NIMCO Inc. This business will be providing the Red Ribbon Campaign 2024 merchandise. These items list anti-drug messages Items include but are not limited to:

T-Shirts, wrist bands, stickers, back sacks, etc. These products are intended to provide outreach, education, intervention, and prevention for anti-drug messaging in support of the Red Ribbon Week. This purchase will be made under Simplified Acquisition Procedures as authorized by FAR Part 13. The anticipated award date is 31 August 2020. Please note that this is not request for competitive proposals.

However, all interested parties who believe they can meet the requirements are invited to submit in writing complete information describing their ability to provide the product/services listed above. Information is to be submitted to Andre Kalvelage at andre.kalvelage.1@us.af.mil. Deadline for submittals is 28 June 2024 at 5:00 PM Central Daylight Time. A determination by the government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
