This is a formal Request for Proposal (RFP) for commercial construction services prepared in accordance with Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) 12.201-2, in conjunction with RFO Part 36 procedures for the Kitchen Renovation of Building 753 at Pope Army Airfield. This effort is being competitively solicited as a 100% small business set-aside under NAICS code 236220, Commercial and Institutional Building Construction with a small business size standard of $45.0 Million on SAM.gov.

This RFP is for the subject project to be awarded in accordance with RFO Part 12 and Part 36 procedures and the specific instructions outlined within this RFP and its attachments. The Government intends to award a single firm-fixed-price purchase order for the subject requirement.
