Description

1. This notice is posted IAW FAR 5.203 “Publicizing and response time.” The Government intends to release a solicitation on or after 15 days from the date of this notice for the requirement below. This notice does not obligate the government to award a contract, nor does it obligate the government to pay for any proposal preparation costs.

2. This is a pre-solicitation notice for a construction contract. The contractor (Ktr) shall provide all design, labor, materials, and supervision to perform asbestos and lead abatement and replace 44 windows at Bldg. 241 Bay B on Travis AFB, CA.The SOW is currently being finalized and will be published with the solicitation.

3. The solicitation shall be publicized through the Government-wide point of entry on SAM.gov. Prospective offerors must be registered with SAM.gov.

4. If your company is interested in particpating in this solicitation, please email the Contract Specialist including the following information: • Company name and address • Point of contact name, email address, and telephone • CAGE Code & SAM Registration • UEID Number • Business size and any/all socio-economic categories for the identified NAICS code
