60 CONS - Aircraft Lavatory Fluid (Blue Juice)

This Request for information (RFI) is for planning purposes only and shall not be considered as a Requestt for Quote (RFQ) or a Request for Proposal (RFP), or promise to use a future RFQ or a RFP. This request for information is determine the availability of businesses to include small businesses to provide the required product. This RFI does not commit the Government to contract for any supply or service. Further, the Air Force is not currently seeking proposals and will not accept unsolicited proposals.

Responders are advised the Government will not pay for any inforamtion or administrative costs incurred in the response to this RFI. All costs associated with responding to this RFI will be soley at the interested party's expense. 60th Aerial Port Squadron, Travis AFB, CA has a requirement for 12,000 gallons of Aircraft Lavatory Flushing Fluid (Bue Juice) three (3) times a year. There will be two (2) winter blends and one (1) summer blend delivered. Each delivery will consist of 4000 gallons of Aircraft lavatory flushing fluid. Contractor shall provide transportation and licensed operator.

Base Year: 01 October 2024 through 30 September 2025 Option Year 1: 01 October 2025 through 28 September 2026 Option Year 2: 01 October 2026 through 28 September 2027 Option Year 3: 01 October 2027 through 28 September 2028 Option Year 4: 01 October 2028 through 28 September 2029 Respondents are requested to provide the following informations: 1.
