PKB - OTA Geothermal for Electricity

This is a Special Notice, FA442724QZ0022, seeking responses to determine interested parties for participation in the acquisition. This is not a notice for a solicitation. This is not a Request for Proposal or Request for Whitepapers. This notice is released in accordance with 10 USC 4022: Authority of the Department of Defense to carry out certain prototype projects.

The 60th Contracting Squadron at Travis Air Force Base, California, plans to establish an Other Transaction Agreement (OTA) for Geothermal for Electricity and Green Hydrogen Production. 60 CONS seeks to partner with vendors using an OTA for an Agreement to design, build, test, deploy, and demonstrate a Prototype solution to satisfy the problem statement. For additional information, see attached Problem Statement (See Attachment 1). Note this Special Notice may result in a solicitation requesting contractors to be liable for 100% of the R&D effort.
