The requirement is to dismantle and dispose of the existing pot and pan dishwasher and dismantle and dispose of existing conveyor type dishwasher and installation of the new commercial grade Pots and Pans Dishwasher system and installation of a Hobart Model No. CLPS86E-BAS new conveyor dishwasher, in the Monarch dining facility kitchen. The Contractor must provide all labor, materials, and specialized equipment as necessary to perform the work described herein as well as disposal of the removed items.
