THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT/REQUEST FOR INFORMATION ONLY to identify sources that can provide the required services as stated in the attached Statement of Work. The information provided in this request for information (RFI) is subject to change and not binding on the Government.

David Grant Medical Center (DGMC) has not made a commitment to procure any of the services and the release of this RFI should not be construed as such a commitment or as authorization to incur costs for which reimbursement would be required or sought. All submissions become Government property and will not be returned.

The purpose of this notice is to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources and their size classification/socioeconomic status (service-disabled veteran owned small business, veteran owned small business, women owned small business, HUB Zone, 8(a), small business or large business), relative to NAICS 325413 – In-Vitro Diagnostic Substance Manufacturing. Responses to this notice will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions. A solicitation is not currently available.

If a solicitation is issued, it will be announced on Federal Business opportunities website http://www.sam.gov at a later date, and all interested parties must respond to that solicitation announcement separately from the responses to this announcement.

The 60th Contracting Squadron (60 CONS) at Travis AFB, CA is currently conducting market research for qualified firms capable of providing “CPRR (Cost Per Reportable Result) for an Automated Coagulation System with reagents at a Firm-Fixed-Price for David Grant Medical Center (DGMC), Travis AFB, CA.

Respondents must include the following information: Business name, address, Size Standard, UEI#, Cage Code Point of Contact Name, phone number, and email Capabilities package demonstrating ability to meet all requirements in the Statement of Work. Detail specifications of analyzer and its ability to meet the Governments requirements.

The system must interface and be compatible with the Cerner Corporation’s MHSGenesis computer system to include reading the MHSGenesis barcode and inputting results into MHSGenesis system. Analyzer Authority to Operate (ATO) approval status. Provide EMASS ID if provided. Offeror’s past performance providing these services at other Government Medical Facilities.

Estimated amount of time needed for laboratory analyzer transition (if applicable) Contract Number for any existing contracts that order can be made from (Example GSA) Place of Manufacture Provide input on the attached statement of work for compliance of industry standards. Questions regarding this announcement shall be submitted by 30 January 2024. Submit questions must be sent via email to both point of contacts in this announcement. Questions submitted after this date will not be allowed.
