Computrition Software Service

THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT/REQUEST FOR INFORMATION ONLY to identify sources that can provide the required services as stated in the attached Statement of Work. The information provided in this request for information (RFI) is subject to change and not binding on the Government.

David Grant Medical Center (DGMC) has not made a commitment to procure any of the services and the release of this RFI should not be construed as such a commitment or as authorization to incur costs for which reimbursement would be required or sought. All submissions become Government property and will not be returned.

The 60th Contracting Squadron (60 CONS) at Travis AFB, CA is seeking potential sources to provide non-personal services consisting of software troubleshoot, telephone technical support & corrective maintenance services for Computrition software system located at the David Grant Medical Center, Travis AFB,California. The contractor must have authority/qualified to work on the system.

The contractor must be able to meet all the requirements in the attached Statement of Work (SOW) This RFI is to determine the availability of businesses to include small businesses to provide the required services. Responders are advised the Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this RFI. Not responding to this RFI does not preclude participation in any future RFQ, if issued.

Respondents are requested to provide the following information: 1. Business name, address, company representative information 2. Business Size and type of small Business (if Applicable) 3. Cage Code 4.Capabilities package demonstrating ability to meet all requirements and authorization to provide the services in the SOW. 5.
