The 97th Contracting Squadron, Altus Air Force Base, Oklahoma, intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) for acquisition of a Solvent Spray Gun Cleaning Station?at Altus AFB, Oklahoma equal to specifications in Attachment 4 (Revised 1MAY2025). This is a brand name or equal requirement IAW FAR 52.211-6.

The preferred product is "BECCA Model S800A Solvent Automatic/Manual Deluxe Workstation" with options listed in Attachment 4 (Revised 1MAY2025), but a product that meets the Attahment 4 - Salient Characteristics (Revised 1MAY2025) could also be considered technically acceptable. Any questions shall be submitted via email to the below points of contact by April 29th 2025?at 1100 CST (11:00AM CST).?

This acquisition will fall under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 333310. This is a 100% Small Business Set Aside. Prospective contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management Database (SAM) prior to submission of quotes.? Offerors are further advised that failure to register in the DoD SAM prior to submission of proposal will render your firm ineligible for award. Registration requires applicants to have a DUNS number.
