21 Jan 25 - 'Attachment 8 - Questions and Answers' has been added. The 97th Contracting Squadron, Altus Air Force Base, Oklahoma, intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) for acquisition of boiler repair services at Altus AFB, Oklahoma.

The service required to be complete is on one Cleaver Brooks boiler at Building 509. The existing heating water boiler has developed numerous leaks and is not operating at proper design condition; the description of work requested can be found in Attachment 1 – Performance Work Statement. Any questions shall be submitted via email to the below points of contacts by 20 January 2025 at 1100 CST (1:00PM CST).

This acquisition will fall under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 238220. This is a 100% Small Business Set Aside. Prospective contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management Database (SAM) prior to submission of quotes. Offerors are further advised that failure to register in the DoD SAM prior to submission of proposal will render your firm ineligible for award. Registration requires applicants to have a UEI number.

Recommend registering immediately to be eligible for timely award.
