Crane Support Blanket Purchase Agreement

In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.” The 97th Contracting Squadron, Altus Air Force Base, Oklahoma, intends to issue a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for On-Call Crane Support at Ebbing ANGB, Arkansas and Fort Smith Regional Airport, Arkansas.

The crane service will support aircraft incident/accidents, disabled aircraft on/off runway, or within the local area of Ebbing ANGB, Arkansas within 200 miles, or as otherwise requested and priced, to support Crash, Damage, Disabled Aircraft Recovery.

The Contractor shall provide a 20 to 100+ ton crane service with an operator to lift the wreckage from the ground to a 40-foot flatbed trailer, which is separately priced by the Contractor, or as transportation for the wreckage is otherwise provided by the Government. Sources interested in responding to this notice should submit a capability statement that includes technical data and cost information, sufficient detail and with convincing evidence that clearly demonstrates the capability to meet the requirement. Capability statements are due no later than 3 May 2024 by 1:00 PM CST.
