THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS/QUOTES The 97th Maintenance Avionics Flight at Altus, OK 73523 requires the purchase of a new Aircraft Battery Charging System (part numbers ABMS-10X, AB3000, MA3000TS, MA539CH1, MA20-60M3-100, MACR-20, MA24DX, MA25-AB3K-005, MA275, CSMN9MF-10, CSMN25MF-5, CSMN25MM-5, DataCable-REV, and CSMN37MM-5) The 97th Contracting Squadron intends to make award to Marvel Aero International, Inc. (CAGE: 1WKR4), due to them being the only source capable of meeting this requirement.
The anticipated purchase of this new system must be able to utilize the current RF80-K Christie Chargers/Analyzers. The proposed contract action is for supplies/services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with a single source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b). This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals and no solicitation document exists for the requirement.
Sources interested in responding to this notice are required to submit a capability statement that includes technical data and cost information, sufficient detail and with convincing evidence that clearly demonstrates the capability to meet the requirement. Requests for documentation, additional information, or submissions that only ask questions will not be considered as an affirmative response.
A determination by the Government not to compete based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement or to proceed with a single source procurement. Capability statements are due on 13 February 2024 16:30 CST.
Capability statements shall be submitted by email ONLY as a Microsoft Word or Adobe PDF attachment to jacob_alexander.madriaga@us.af.mil and joshua.dunrud@us.af.mil. Capability statements and supporting documentation provided after the due date listed above will not be reviewed.
