AMMENDEMENT FA441826Q00670003 The purpose of this amendment is to:

1. Modify the solicitation to increase the required quantities for Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs) 0001, 1001, 2001, 3001, and 4001. The quantities for the affected CLINs are increased by two (2) Each, changing (CLINs) 0001, 1001, 2001, 3001, and 4001 from eighteen (18) Each to twenty (20) Each.

2. Include additional attatchments: Atch-04. Solicitation Amendment - FA441826Q00730001.pdf Atch- 05. FA441826Q0073 FY 27 Runway Friction Testing Service Price List (2026) Rev 01.pdf All other Terms and Conditions remain unchanged.

The Contractor shall provide all personnel, management, supervision, vehicles, labor, tools, materials, travel, and safety equipment necessary to perform the prescribed services within the Performance Work Statement provided within this solicitation. Please be advised that the full requirements, including Instructions to Offerors (FAR 52.212-1), the basis for evaluation (FAR 52.212-2), and Availability of Funds (FAR 52.232-18) are detailed in the solicitation attachments.

Offferors who fail to provide a completed Atch 01 - FA441826Q0073 FY 27 Runway Friction Testing Service Price List (2026) may not be considered for award.
