THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION ANNOUNCEMENT. THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY. THE PURPOSE OF THIS ANNOUNCEMENT IS FOR MARKET RESEARCH PURPOSES ONLY. RESPONSE TO THIS ANNOUNCEMENT WILL BE USED BY THE GOVERNMENT TO MAKE APPROPRIATE ACQUISITION DECISIONS. A SUBSEQUENT SOLICITATION ANNOUNCEMENT MAY FOLLOW. RESPONSES TO THIS ANNOUNCEMENT WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED AS AN ADEQUATE RESPONSE TO ANY FUTURE ANNOUNCEMENT.

The 628th Contracting Squadron is conducting this Sources Sought to identify contractors who possess the capabilities to provide all labor, supervision, equipment, tools, supplies, materials and transportation necessary to deliver, set-up, relocate, and perform weekly servicing of standard portable restrooms and Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) compliant portable restrooms, 51 units total.

Portable restrooms will be located on Joint Base Charleston (JB CHS) locations in North Charleston (Air Base), Goose Creek (Weapons Station), and Short Stay Recreational Facility, Moncks Corner, South Carolina. Those wishing to respond should provide a Capability Statement including specific information,which aligns with the requirement. Additionally, please see attached Market Research Questionnaire and be able to provide answers for each question.

THIS REQUEST FOR INFORMATION OR "SOURCES SOUGHT" SHALL NOT BE CONSTRUED AS A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. INFORMATION IS TO BE PROVIDED ON A VOLUNTARY BASIS.
