XXXXX END OF AMENDMENT XXXXX The purpose of this acquisition is to obtain sixteen (12) new motorcycles IAW with attached Sailent Characteristic list, consisting of an even split six (6) sport-style and six (6) cruiser-style models, to support the Joint Base Charleston Motorcycle Safety Training Program. All motorcycles must be new, with model years 2023–2025 acceptable, provided they are unused and unmodified.
