Change offeror due date from 4 August 2025 to 7 August 2025 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.

This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Request for Quotation (RFQ) number is FA441825Q0047 and shall be used to reference any written quote provided under this RFQ.The RFQ document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-04; Effective 06/11/2025. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for Women-Owned Small Business concerns.

The associated NAICS code is 333992 with a size standard of 1,250 employees. The purpose of this combined synopsis and solicitation is for the purchase of two (2) TIG Welders in accordance with (IAW) the Salient Characteristics.
