Notice of Intent to Award Sole Source - OWF FM Furniture

NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SINGLE SOURCE THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. This is a notice of intent to award a single source contract under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b). This non-competitive action will accomplished by modification to existing purchase order, reference number FA441823F0101. 628 CONS intends to make a non-competitive award to Corportate Interiors to reconfigure furniture in contract FA441823F0101.

In accordance with FAR 5.207(c)(15), the proposed contract action is for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with a single source. The contracting officer's determination/single source justification is attached. This notice of intent to award is not a request for competitive proposals; however, responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency.

A determination by the Government not to compete this reauirement based unon resnonses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
