Design and Install Decking - Hurlburt Field, FL

Presolicitation Notice This notice is prepared in accordance with RFO FAR 5.1 and 12.201-1(c)(2). THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS. The Government intends to solicit this requirement directly from suppliers in accordance with RFO FAR 12.201-1(c)(2). This will be a firm-fixed-price contract for deck replacement services at Building 91300 and Building 90231. The anticipated award date is on or before September 30, 2026 (this date can change).

Description of Services The contractor must supply all personnel, supervision, management, tools, equipment, transportation, materials, and other items necessary to perform the work at Building 91300 and Building 90231. The contractor must perform all work in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW), commercial standards, and building codes.
