Failure to submit a completed Excel spreadsheet may result in your proposal being deemed technically unacceptable and ineligible for award. The Government reserves the right to reject proposals that are incomplete, improperly formatted, or contain inaccurate or misleading information. Submit written offers only, oral offers will not be accepted.
