Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Funds are not presently available for the effort. An award will be made under this solicitation for items when funds become available.

The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 334510. The Product Service Code (PSC) is 6636. The Size Standard for this NAICS is 1250 Employees. Evaluation of commercial items in accordance with FAR 52.212-2 will be utilized using lowest price technically acceptable. *This acquisition is solicited as restricted to small businesses only. *This acquisition is restricted to Brand Name or Equal Items. Hurlburt Field, FL 32544 (exact location provided at award) Offeror must have active SAM registration at time of quote submission and award. Offeror shall quote on all items in order to be considered for award.

Delivery Schedule: FOB Destination. Award shall be based on All or None, Technically Acceptable item, to the Government. It is the responsibility of each contractor to ensure that their respective quote has been received by the Government POC’s identified above. Offeror shall provide specifications along with their quote to be considered for award. When reaching out, please include both Point of Contacts on the correspondance. Otherwise, there is a risk that your quote may not be properly recieved.
