Language Enabled Airman Program (LEAP) eMentor

The Government intends to award a sole-source six-month "bridge" contract to Xtenfer Consulting, Inc. This is a continuing requirement and follow-on effort for the continued Language Enabled Airman Program (LEAP) eMentor Courses, Maxwell AFB, AL. This is a sole source notice published for informational purposes only and not request for competitive proposals. Therefore, no solicitation document exists for this requirement. However, all responsible parties interested in responding to this notice are invited to submit a capability statement by 3:00 p.m. CST, 6 June 2025, that provides sufficient details for consideration by the Government, via email to:
