Maxwell AFB-Gunter - JUBJ 23-4636 Replace B863 Chiller - Amendment 0002

The work covered by these specifications consists of furnishing all plant, labor, equipment and materials and performing all operations in connection with JUBJ 23-4636 REPLACE CHILLER, B863, GUNTER ANNEX, MAXWELL AFB, ALABAMA, to include all areas as indicated on drawings and in strict accordance with the specifications. Please refer to FAR 52.236-27 and FAR 52.236-27 (Alternate I) for site visit information. Additionally, please note the response date of 15 August 2025 by 12:00pm CST.

Amendment 0001: The purpose of this amendment is to:

1. Extend the offer due date by 5 calendar days from offers due by 15 August 2025 to offers due by 20 August 2025.

2. Provide a suspense of 15 August 2025 by 1300pm CST for offerors to send any questions regarding this requirement.

3. Provide a date of 18 August 2025 to issue the received questions and answers from the Government to the public.

4. No further changes have been made.

Amendment 0002: The purpose of this amendment is to:

1. Include the attachment "Questions and Answers - 863 Chiller" into this solicitaiton.
