FY24 ISS ACADEMIC BOWL

The 42nd Contracting Squadron at Maxwell AFB, AL hereby gives NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE to College Options Foundation to provide The Holm Center with Academic Challenge Bowl support in accordance with (IAW) the attached Statement of Work (SOW).

Brief Description of Requirement: The Contractor will provide support for the planning and completion of the Academic Bowl, as well as logistical support. The contractor will be responsible for all local transportation, billeting, and meals for all cadets, instructors, and chaperons.

Period of Performance:

Base Period: 30 September 2024 – 29 Septemper 2025 Option Period 1: 30 September 2025 – 29 Septemper 2026 Option Period 2: 30 September 2026 – 29 Septemper 2027 Option Period 3: 30 September 2027 – 29 Septemper 2028 Option Period 4: 30 September 2028 – 29 Septemper 2029 Place of Performance: Maxwell AFB, AL. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 611710, Educational Support Services There will be no written solicitation issued.

This is an intent to purchase a sole source procurement under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. This will be a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract utilizing Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The contractor needs to be registered in the DoD System for Award Management (SAM). Register via the SAM website https://www.sam.gov, and also be eligible to process invoices through Wide Area Workflow (WAWF). Register via the WAWF website https://wawf.eb.mil.

Those capable of meeting the requirement IAW the SOW are requested to provide the following information in their response: 1) Current capability that demonstrates your company's ability to meet the above requirement, 2) Company name, point of contact, e-mail address, telephone and fax numbers, type of business and size, Cage Code and DUNS number.
