This will be a firm fixed-price competitive definitive contract with a magnitude between $25,000 and $100,000 IAW FAR 36.204 - Disclosure of the magnitude of construction projects. The solicitation will be made available on the System for Award (SAM) website at http://www.sam.gov, on or about 22 April 2024, a projected site visit scheduled on or about 22 April 2024, a projected submission deadline on or about 03 May 2024, and an anticipated project completion date of 120 days after the government issues the notice to proceed.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

1. It is the responsibility of each offeror to ensure that NAICS 236220 is added to your company's SAM registration.

2. All prospective offerors interested in submitting a proposal must have a Commercial and Government Entity code and a Unique Entity Identifier.

3. All offerors responding to the solicitation must be registered and active in the SAM database. Vendors not registered in the SAM database are ineligible for award. Please confirm receipt of this email, and feel free to express your intent on submitting a proposal once the official solicitation is issued.
