This requirement will be purchased in accordance with FAR 8.004(b) Commercial Sources in the Open Market and FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-05. This Request for Quote is set aside 100% for small business concerns.

The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, tools, parts, shipping, and all other items necessary to deliver 7 7400 Electric Ground Power Units in accordance with attached specifications. *All quotes must be Brand Name ITW/GSE products to be considered for award* Shall include delivery to the following addresses: Laughlin AFB, TX 78843
