Repair Ft. Griffin Ave (Phase 5)

Amendment 0001 (28 May 2026): The purpose of this amendment is to:

a) Update the SPECS, changes are highlighted in yellow on pages 62 and 63.

b) Add attachment SOW Addendum - 001.

c) Extend the due date from 1 June @ 0900 CDT to 8 June @ 0900 CDT.

d) All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. Please send written acknowledgement and/or a signed copy of the amendment with submitted quote. The 17th Contracting Squadron, at Goodfellow AFB, TX is issuing a solicitation for road construction including curb and gutter along Ft Griffin Ave including the concrete swale at the northern terminus of the roadway. This acquisition includes 1 (one) CLIN. The Period of Performance for this requirement is one hundred twenty (120) Calander Days after Notice To Proceed.

All responsible vendors may submit a proposal to the 17th Contracting Squadron via email to Amanda Leal at amanda.leal.3@us.af.mil and Wayne Johnson at wayne.johnson.15@us.af.mil. Oral proposals WILL NOT be accepted. A Firm Fixed-Price award will be made to the responsible offeror whose proposal conforms to the requirements of the solicitation and is the most advantageous to the Government. Work is to be performed IAW the Statement of Work (SOW).

Y1LB NAICS: 237310 Total Small Business Set-aside Site Visit is scheduled for 07 May 2026 @ 9:00 AM CDT. The site visit will take place at Goodfellow on Ft Griffin Ave in front of Building 430. Questions will be due by 13 May 2026 @ 12:00 PM CDT. Answers will be posted as an ammendment to this solicitation by 22 May @ 3:00 PM CDT This solicitation closes @ 9:00 AM CDT on 08 June 2026. Note: Proposals must conform to "Instructions, Conditions, & Notices to Offerors or Quoters" section contained within the solicitation document to be considered eligible for award.
